Has my order shipped?
//     You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?
//     A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
//      Most of our items are one of a kind, thus they will not be restocked. Similar items may be listed.. If you have a question about a particular item, please contact us here.

Do you ship to my country?
//      Nikita Chanel does not currently ship outside of the United States.

What are my payment choices?
//     You may use a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card via PayPal.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
//     All orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail (with tracking info and delivery confirmation) within 48 hours after payment has been received. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. There is a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00 for each order. We are unable to edit your order once it has been placed.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
//     Sales tax is only charged if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, Nevada.

Returns
//    All sales are FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Stretch Bracelets: If your stretch bracelet should break for any reason, return all of the pieces and we will repair it for you at no cost.



Nikita Chanel Product Care:

//     Nikita Chanel pieces are hand-crafted, thus they should be handled delicately. It is expected that with repeated exposure, colors and metals may fade over time. This is expected and adds to the distinctiveness of each item. Lotions, perfumes, and other skincare products may tarnish the delicate metals used in certain pieces. Please refrain from getting Nikita Chanel pieces wet. It is recommended these items are cleaned by wiping them down with a soft cloth.
